  • We will only be allowing entry to users who have pre-booked. Once we have reached capacity, we will be unable to allow any further bookings.

  • You must bring your campus card in order to access the building during your booked slot.

  • Please review our study space location plans to find your allocated seat before you visit.

  • If you have symptoms of Covid-19 or have received a positive test result, you should self-isolate, book a Covid-19 test and inform the University - you must not visit the Library. Please visit our webpages for full details.

  • Please wear a face covering at all times within our buildings and study spaces, even when sitting at your study desk (unless you are exempt).

  • Maintain social distancing measures of 2 metres. Where keeping 2 metres apart is more difficult (e.g. browsing bookshelves) please wait until others have moved on before entering that space.

  • Social distancing measures also apply while sitting at your desk – please continue to keep 2 metres apart from others, whether you are in the same household or not.

  • We have one–way systems in place - please follow the route plans marked by signs and floor markings.

  • Please ensure good hand hygiene throughout your time in our buildings. You should wash your hands regularly and use sanitiser on entry and exit of the building, and before and after touching or using any books or equipment.
